I CAN'T WALK DOWN THE STAIRS
My hamstring,calves, quadriceps, shin, butt, back, arms are still hurting like hell!!! I'm walking ard in the MOUNTAINOUS campus of NTU like a freaking spastic. Imagine me walking with my knees locked perpetually. How am I going to depress the clutch for driving tmw? Why is everybody so eager to get a job so soon when we're not even done with graduating. I'm already feeling the heat of the paper chase when I'm not even at the starting line..Most of my peers have already signed contracts with big firms....most of them are on the deans' list... I'm on the .....I'm....I'm not on any damn lists! A bleak future beckons me.... I will come out with a worthless degree, work as a lowly auditor for some obscure sounding cheena-fied CPA firm, earn a meagre salary, and work to my death. I want to be buried face down when I die, so the world can kiss my ass!
I'm into my second day of recovery for AHM...
and I still can't walk down a flight of stairs without holding on to the railings like a arthristis-plagued old nana!
Never engaged in a more FULL BODY workout than this.
(I can't unlock my knees the slightest bit cos they will wobble like salmon's belly and I will be on kissing the ground!)
Going for GE later...and the only reason why we (me and caline) are even going for the lesson is bcos of cute Adidas guy! mhuhaua....bitches!

Its Wed...Its FYP day!
Pls gals! Its our only hope of ever graduating with a decent degree!! I'M JOINING THE ARMY HALF MARATHON!!! Yes yes..join in the rank of critics against this move of mine..aand mock me abt this decision... "pls la...by the time you gals reach the finishing point, they would have already dismantled the tentage and took down the FINISH sign" so she basically exercises to keep up the happy hormones and destress. After that, it will the 2nd Link Marathon on the 10th!

I guess the problem for most of us is taking that first step out.

Why can't Murphy conceed just this once for me!?!? My school is re-opening this coming Monday...has he got no sympathy for us!?!!!!!?!!!!!!!!! Altho it still takes awhile for me to learn how to read the "direction" tiles. I simply can't tell which is North, South, East or West. My chinese sucks. told ya its senseless.
Plans to go sentosa was foiled...but why am I not surprised? It always happens to me.

We settled at Party World in Chinatown. before that caline and angeline has already prepared me for the overly "cheena" decor...so it was not much of a cultural shock for me when we got there. I must say KTVs has got to be one of the places that totally overprice their beverages and food. Can u imagine a pathetic plate of fruits (predominantly watermelons) costs us $12!!!!?!? With $12, i could get dunno how many big red juicy whole watermelons loh!!!!!

Had my first stab at singing in a KTV today. Perhaps its from watching too much Singapore Idols that we girls have decided to sing instead of clubbing at Zouk.
On a totally different note altogether....I would like to holler at the stoooopid banks in Spore..esp OCBC!!!They just raised the minimum deposit requirement!! Now I have to maintain at least $1000 in my savings account if I dun want they to deduct $2 every month. ARGH!!!

No one. Brainless professors. Teaching so much about controls and risk management but yet dun even know how to immplement it in real life. All of them living in their little bubble. Thankfully, our doeful innocent eyes won the heart of our prof over. We can present it next lesson. Those vain brats refuse to let me take a pic of them deep in discussion. They are not to be caught dead in the nerdy specs. Sheesh....*rolls eyeballs* Dyed hair for sam. Finally I managed to convince him that black is dull. Its funny trying to be professional and serious when I'm simply wacky with him. But Sam is definitely one guy who exudes confidence. He spoke like a guy with 20 yrs of experience this aftnoon when in fact it has been only merely a year since he took over the reins of the biz.
Went to Jumbo Restaurant to celebrate my mummy's bdae. It has got to be the most expensive meal we have ever eaten. My daddy swiped $306 for the meal!
The lobster sashimi has got to be the most unforgettable dish tt evening. The "processed" lobster was still waving at me on the plate while I was eating its flesh piled up neatly beside it!!! YEEKS!!!!!!!
Ate bamboo clams for the 1st time. Didn't know tt the "bamboo" is its shell. Silly me.
My dad was beaming proudly in the photo we took as a family. Family that day includes Sam and my brother's gf...

Went to GE lessons only to be surprised by a speech assignment we had to prepare.

Thankfully, my brother had some winnings from his soccer bettings, so he chipped in too. The watch is lovey. Have already decided to get a phone for sam cos his current mobile is simply.....hideous. just when i'm about to pay... ah beng: Xiao jie, your contract only reached 21 months this 14th...not today!I cant sell it to you at this price already (of course all tt wasn't in english, just too difficult for me to type it out in chinese or hokkien!) me: HUH!!!!si ma!?? zhe me ban!?! ah beng: mei you ban fah. Ru guo ni shi wo de gf, wo jiu mai gei ni! *lewd smile* I was stupified and disgusted. I immediately snatched back my IC and ran out of the shop! There's simply no running away....

So I happily walked into one of those neighbourhood ah beng handphone shop in tampines and enquired about the price of a nokia 6610i. After much bargaining in my distasteful hokkien mixed with chinese and peppered with english, I managed to depress the original price down by $20!
I would walk into another one of these ah beng shop with much trepidation next time.
Sam's bdae is on the 7th.
Getting the phone without upgrades will cost me $385!!!!
That would bring my bank account to a new low ever!
