Song of the MOMENT (cos its not a regular week, nor day nor month that I change my songs!) is Beyond the Sea. Made famous by the movie Finding Nemo. This song was originally a French song called "La Mer" and it has been crooned by the jazz maestro Frank Sinatra and even mummy's ever charming Bobby Darin in the yesteryears.





I'm putting up the version by Robbie Williams, from his album Swing When You are Winning, instead cos'..........

Aching legs and sore Tina. But nevetheless a great run. Probably did 3.2km today. And 85 situps. Its still aching from yesterday's session.

I hope I can still scale the slopes of Nantah on Friday for my paper.
