Want to catch the play Private Parts at the Esplanade. Heard its damn good.
Wish the tics could have been cheaper tho...I'm an avid theatre goer, but it takes alot of monetary recources to support this fancy.
$25 gets me a seat no doubt, but I would have to bring along a pair of binoculars to watch the play considering the "panaromic" view I would have high at the top...
So much for bringing the ARTS to the commoners..
its cruel in fact.
Tantalising us with low prices only to humiliate us and make us yearn for a seat with a decent view...much like a kitten being denied its furball time and again.
Arts funding should not be about bringing in more plays, but bringing the plays to the masses. That should be the way...
