I'm more and more convinced that I have matured and I'm becoming a homely person.
On the last day of my exams, I didn't opt to party and get myself pissed drunk. It's a Wednesday...the perfect Ladies' Night in most clubs. I could very well have gone to one of those places.
But I just didn't have the desire to do so.
Which is very unlike me in the past. I can't remember the number of weekends I remained sober.
Those mindless clubbing and wanton drinking seem such a distant history to me. I'm not swearing off alcohol here. But I'm definitely not getting myself pissed drunk anytime soon.
So, what did I do right after my paper?
I headed home to deposit the ton of junk on my shoulders. Plonked onto my bed and indulged in sweet slumber.
Baby's call for dinner woke me up and since I had time to spare and the junk was way too obscene to be seen in my room, I set out to clear them. I hid them in the house's deepest darkest recess a.k.a the Storeroom...just to be sure I won't have to bump into the blasphemous sight of my books anytime soon.
Today, I had planned for my day at the pool with a good book. But alas, when I woke up, it was raining! Murphy's Law again. When I'm when studying for my exams, its was so damn sunny and hot everyday!!
So, it was yet another indoor day for me. I'm not complaining. I cleaned my room.
My mummy was so proud of me when she came home and saw a swanky clean room. It feels good to clean out all the germs and trash.
I have gotta work out tmw. Nothing would stop me. Rain or shine, I'm doing something. I had sushi buffet this evening!! And the best thing... it was free!! I cannot reveal why is that so, at least not now....but we had such a big feast!!! Baby felt so queasy after that that he was not his animated self for an hour! Hahah...just quietly holding my hands and walking. Its good to have such peaceful moments at times. The stuff he does when he's "animated"....it drives me nuts.
Btw, does anybody know how I could get rid of those ">" thingy at the bottom of my blog?!?!?! It's unsightly and I have no idea how it came about!
