The past few weekends were smashing.
So much so that I have forgotten to rest. I will make it a point to just stay in this coming weekend.
If I can help it.
Kings of Convenience is sold out before I can even find the time to buy the tics to their gig!! Arghhh!!!
Recap of the weekends:
At the beach last Sunday. Didn't get much of a tan ...it was an overcast Sunday.
Farewell dinner with Chunxi and family last Friday. He was my cell leader...leaving for China to labour for the Lord. Their kiddo, Jedi, who has a legion of adoring fans will be greatly missed.
M.O.S with SpunkIce and Mrs Zach. Joined later by Darevurls and Angie. The only "casualty" was SpunkIce...Tsk tsk...

Netball gathering of all batches. It could have been at least 7 years since I last saw some of my seniors and It was fabulous that we met up once again after all these years...although some generations weren't represented, but I'm still very thankful for being able to just meet up with those present.
My coach (in the middle) has not aged one bit since I last saw her in Sec 4!
The next time we meet would be either at a wedding or a baby shower!
My attempt at being domesticated. Tried emulating Jamie Oliver by tossing the French beans in the pan....but I ended up with half the beans on the stove. Nevertheless, Hamsam still swept the plates clean....proclaiming that I'm the best cook in the world!
Ok, I may have misquoted him and put those words in his mouth.
I had a tiff with Hamsam last Sat. Tiff might be an understatement, but I'll leave it as that.
We both have issues we need to work on.
Although we have since made up, but are the cracks really mended? Or are they merely concealed?
